On the morning of May 17, the launch ceremony for the “Anhui Consumption Boosting · Joyful Shopping in Huainan” and the “Premium Export Products Nationwide Tour (Huainan Stop)” was held at the Huainan Baida Shopping Center Plaza.

The event was jointly hosted by the Bureau of Commerce of Huainan City and the City Federation of Trade Unions. On that day, over 20 well-known Huainan enterprises, including Xuzhi Biotech, Yiyi Dairy, and Haochi Agriculture, presented a wide range of premium export products, time-honored brands, and  quality online products in a centralized exhibition and sales fair, attracting large crowds and fostering a vibrant consumer atmosphere. As a key representative of Huainan’s commercial sector, Huainan Baida played a pivotal role in organizing this event. It not only brought a diverse range of consumer choices to local residents, but also served as a bridge connecting local and foreign trade enterprises, contributing significantly to the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade in Huainan.

The “Anhui Consumption Boosting · Joyful Shopping in Huainan” initiative is an important measure taken by Huainan to actively respond to the national strategy of expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption upgrades. Since the beginning of the year, the city has vigorously promoted consumer goods trade-in programs, leading to a dynamic and thriving consumer market. In the first quarter alone, Huainan achieved 23.25 billion yuan in total retail sales of consumer goods, marking a 6.6% year-on-year growth, ranking second in Anhui Province.

Huainan’s enthusiastic participation in the “Premium Export Products Nationwide Tour” aims to showcase the excellent products and brand image of our foreign trade enterprises, assist in expanding domestic market channels, and, through this platform, attract more high-quality export goods to further enrich the city’s consumer market.
